In the movie (Wreck-it ralph), when he’s jumping up and down saying “Have some candy!” If you really look closely at his ass- you can see it jiggle. Also- when he chuckles while jumping [when ralph was in the giant cupcake getting interrogated by him and sour bill] you can see his butt jiggle.
