Kurumsal Amerika’dan nasıl kaçabilirim?
Bu yüzden 25 yaşındayım ve kesinlikle kurumsal Amerika’dan yandım. Bugünün iÅŸ piyasası göz önüne alındığında, çok ayrıcalıklı bir konumda olduÄŸumun farkındayım. Dünyanın en büyük kurumlarından birinde çalışıyorum – iÅŸim istikrarlı ve birçok fayda var. Havalı baÅŸlangıç ÅŸirketleriyle çalıştığım altı figür satış iÅŸi çalışıyorum. Ancak nerede çalıştığım siyaset ve kültür, rolün daha serin yönlerinden yararlanmayı zorlaÅŸtırıyor.
Paranın benim için çok önemli olmadığını anlıyorum. Beni gerçekten yerine getiren bir iÅŸ çalışmak istiyorum – burada yaratıcı olmaya ve insanlara yardım etmeye baÅŸladığımı hissediyorum.
Özellikle iyi olduÄŸum bir ÅŸeyden bir ÅŸey yapmak zorunda olsaydım – edebiyatı ve yazmayı analiz ediyor. Tiktok hakkında edebi analiz / kitap incelemeleri yapıyorum ve insanlar onları çok çekici buldular ve hatta insanlara okumak için ilham veriyor. Tüm bunları tutarlı bir ÅŸekilde göndermedim, ancak bazen sadece içerik yapmadan okumayı seviyorum.
Strateji çalışmasında ve insanları gördüklerini ve anladığını hissetmede oldukça harikayım.
Kurumsal Amerika’dan kaçmak için ne yapabilirim? Ben bir zanaatkâr deÄŸilim ve teknik uzmanlık yok.

You have the money, focus on what you enjoy and quit or reduce your hours (if you can) and try it out. You’re miserable as you are now, so I recommend switching it up and see how you feel in comparison. You can also switch companies to one you think will be less “corporate” if there’s any in your area.
If money really doesn’t matter and literature interests you, why not teach by day and/or develop as a writer.
wow lots of hateful people that are obviously jealous of the position you’re in down in the comments. let me suggest something that you can actually work off of.
if you’re genuinely trying to leave the country, having money is the only real limiting factor. once you have money for a passport, you should just go visit a country you’re interested in moving to. there are lots of places to travel to, I’m not sure your demographic background or what you plan on doing for income in your future, but making a long term goal of leaving the country is the only real way to escape the capitalist hellscape you’ve come to despise. if moving like that doesn’t interest you, the only other option you really have is trying to find a nice work life balance that gives you the feeling of freedom you desire. whether that be writing or blogging in your spare time, enjoying hobbies, going back to school, or just spending time with your loved ones more. money has always been the major limiting factor in most people’s lives, but seeing as you have that checkpoint marked off the list, the world is kind of your oyster right now. go experiment and take some risks, progress will never be made without stepping outside your comfort zone every once in a while.
Why not pivot to a different role and build on your current skillset but find a better culture fit? There are only so many options here, White Collar, Blue Collar, Flex/Seasonal Work, Self-employed, or Entrepreneurship so why did you decide to leave corporate America completely yet aren’t fully committed to your side hustle either? You may want to consider the type of Life you want and person you want to be and find a specific mentor or opportunity in that regard. Once you start making a transition plan, maybe you will feel better? But definitely get advice from people who have the type of life you would want and that would probably help tremendously.
Everyone thinks their position is stable until it’s not. 25 is old enough to know something is up, but not old enough to remember history.

Every great accomplishment comes with great sacrifice. There’s not a single successful person that got to where they’re at without suffering. In other words suck it up or do something about it
I think you may want to start putting more energy into your passion, literary analysis/book reviews, and less energy into your corporate, but do it at a slow pace. You start 5%/95%, passion vs. corporate, then increase to 10%,/90%, etc., until you see if you can get to a point where your passion could realistically support you. I realize your corporate job may require you onsite 5 days a week, but being in corporate myself, there’s always ways to get in some work that’s not related to your office job.

If you have no dependents, then money isn’t really an issue, go do whatever makes you happy. Go be an artist, take life by the horns, go be you, get lost in the world, have fun!
