Google does not “demotivate” adult content. Google has more adult content than just about any other content out there. I’ve worked in the niche. It really isn’t different than any other. Links are extremely important but generally more challenging to get.
You aren’t going to get free links for adult content. If you don’t have a budget for links, I would just forget about SEO.
As far as incest content, yes they probably do punish that kind of content as it is illegal.
