Rankings for targeted transactional keywords and the number of clicks, conversion rate, and CTR for those pages are important too.
Obviously you don’t want errors or orphaned pages.
Backlinks from local, related, or authority sites are important.
Organic conversions (form subs / phone calls) and tracked rankings
Just like any other marketing type, I would say sales/conversion.
Some people argue that sessions don’t matter, but I would argue they do as they can reflect half the battle. For example, if your site is getting plenty of sessions year on year, it’s an indicator that your site has become more relevant for your search terms and is being picked up by search engines. However, the trick here is to improve your conversion rate from those sessions.
DA is meaningless and conversions is sales. SEO is for manipulating the search engines to rank higher for the keywords that you or your client needs.
