They are scams.
There is no service that can get your page updates indexed faster. The closest thing is IndexNow API via Rank Math on Yoast. Or, just submit your new pages through the sitemap tool on GSC.
These things cost $0, so anyone charging you money is a ripoff artist preying on your lack of knowledge. You can tell them I said that, and that I also say they can go fuck themselves.
They are a waste of money. If you have to force Google to index a page, it probably isn’t going to stay indexed or have any value.
Hard to be more nuanced then “they are scams”
Tbh I’ve not really heard of one!
Unless you’re news or jobs, good xml sitemaps are the best start.
I do tend to submit the new pages using the page inspect and submit feature, but honestly I tend to check back using coverage report after a couple of days and only submit ones that aren’t indexed.

Why pay for something you can do yourself for free? Google gives you the tool to request indexing.
Because that service is free by Google so if you are paying for it someone is ripping you off 🙂
