If they’re remotely legitimate, no.
If they’re illegitimate, requesting removal will get them removed.
Someone engaging with your business and being upset is not illegitimate. Is that what happened?
you can’t remove negative reviews yourself. you can appeal a negative review if it violates the platform’s guidelines, such as fake reviews, discriminatory content, etc. you can also reach out to the customer who left the review, try to make the situation right, and kindly ask if they’d be willing to update or remove their review.
