As for not getting calls… where exactly are you ranking in Maps? Top 3 is where you get most results
keep tracking your chat GPT, Perplexity, AI mode / overview results too. Alot of search traffic is shifting there. Keep tracking, keep improving

With location pages, I don’t see any linked on your page, orphan pages won’t do much to help seo. Likewise for blogs, I only see 3.

For ads, if you’re not very familiar with search ads, I’d look into local services ads to get the phone ringing. It’s fairly simple and you pay per call/message.
