Kaybolan herkes için yolunuzu nasıl seçtiniz?

Düşük ücret ve tükenmişlik nedeniyle kariyerimi birkaç kez değiştirdim. Yönetici asistanı olmaktan bir etkinlik koordinatörüne bir yasal uzmana gittim. Lisans derecem olmadığı için hala çok kayıp ve çok cesaretini kırıyorum. Her ne kadar, yılların tecrübem var ama bu iş piyasasında hiçbir şey yeterli olmadığını hissediyorum.

Hello, I have a B.A in Business Management

My first job out of UNI was an Admin Assistant for a Tech company only to get laid off after 2 months

I was very distraught as no one ever think of layoffs until it happens to you?

So after applying for 6 more months, I forgotten Business Management does make you an entry for other fields. This led to me applying for positions in Science and somehow, I now work in Bio Tech depsite having my science background

The best thing I can suggest to you, is to be open to working in other industries if possible. College often does not prepare us for the dream crusher towards job hunting. Consult a career counselor, figure out your moves and capacity, then act on your actions
