As a second effect, insomnia causes a lot of health issues like asthma, diabetes, and heart diseases, which are serious and life-threatening conditions. These issues damage our physical health, and we can face very big challenges like hospitalizations or long-term treatments. Additionally, insomnia can cause mental disorders like anxiety and depression, which can lower the overall quality of life. So, we can lose our body control with this disorder if we do not take action.

So how can we escape? How can we avoid this disorder called insomnia? First, we should be active people to boost our mental and physical well-being. You can make a schedule for your life and do exercise to build a healthier lifestyle. This stimulation will give us endorphins and lower our stress levels naturally. As a second step, you should improve your sleeping quality. Increase your sleep hygiene and stay away from bad habits like alcohol and caffeine, especially before bedtime. Also, be careful about your nutrition. Nutrition is so important for our sleep because certain foods can promote better rest, such as foods rich in magnesium and melatonin. By making these simple but powerful changes, we can fight insomnia and live healthier and happier lives.
