Hayatta ileriye doğru bir yol görmüyorum. Obezite ve yoksulluk.

Im 29m. Birkaç yıl işsizim. Refah üzerinde yaşıyorum. 400 pound. Zamanımı sosyal medyada geçiriyorum. Babamla yaşa. Muhasebe derecesi aldım ama her röportajda başarısız oluyorum. İş piyasası muhtemelen daha da kötü olmamıştı. Kadınlarla nasıl flört edeceğimi veya arkadaş edineceğimi bilmiyorum çünkü hiç denemedim.

Hiç bir GF yoktu, arkadaşlarım beni terk etti, bir hafta içinde kapatılacak güç, bir arabam veya sürücü lisansım yok. Eskiden beni seven annem beni şimdi hor görüyor.

Bence en büyük pişmanlığım çocukluğumdan beri obez olmak çünkü bu tüm hayatımı etkiledi. Ben ciddiye almadım. Çocukken sevimli ve çok yakışıklı olduğumu düşündüm ama son derece şişmanım.

Artık yaşlandığım için durumumdan bir çıkış yolu görmüyorum. Şişman yaşlanan vücudumda sıkıştım. İş bulamıyorum, fakir ve muhtemelen yalnız öleceğim.

    Hey man, something is better than nothing when it comes to moving your body! If you can only walk 10 steps today, do it. Next week do 12. Then 15. You will get better physically and mentally things will start to click for you. You can’t hate yourself into change, you have to love yourself enough to know you’re worth it. And if you dont, find something or somebody else that inspires you to be better. You are your best project ❤️

    Brother I’m here to tell you at 29 your life is far from over financially, love life wise, physically and career wise. You have reached the age though where you start experiencing regret for the first time, it’s not how it used to be 5-6 years ago where you just can say “I’ll be rich in the future” and then you wake up 5 years later and you’re still poor.

    I say this from experience as a guy that was overweight his whole life, shit I still am but when I was 24 I weighed about 380 lbs, my girl who was actually skinny and extremely attractive that I knew for 10+ years watched me blow up like a balloon and left me for a guy she met at the gym (self esteem blow) now I am 32m and I weigh 265

    It starts with you and your habits, if you have a weight problem and you don’t have a car to goto the gym get up and start walking, walking daily will SHRED fat off your body and that’s exactly what I did. In the over 100 lbs I lost I didn’t lift a single weight, Pure walking and cardio.

    In terms of finances and your career, you have a degree the job market does fucking suck right now but there is a job out there for you that will get you off welfare and back into the job market, your first job might suck but you need it as a stepping stone into something else.

    Stop eating fast food and uber eating, if you can’t get to the grocery store sign up for a grocery delivery service and pay for the monthly fee it will be cheaper in the long run, you can order meat to cook, ground chicken and ground beef with rice or some low carb tortillas (who doesn’t love eating tacos every day) this is absolutely simple to cook and I fucking HATE cooking but I don’t want to be fat so I do it.

    Life sucks circumstances suck but there’s things you can do right now literally tomorrow to start changing for the better that doesn’t cost you a penny, both of my parents died 6 months apart at 17 years old life SUCKSSSSSSS but you gotta just keep on doing the best you can

    You don’t need anybody to believe in you, just do it for yourself. You just gotta want it bad enough.

    Go gym. Drink fluids. Count calories. No cheating. It works. You will find your path along the way.
