Garson veya postacı olmak isteyen çevre bilimcisi. Veya herhangi bir şey
Çevre bilimi alanında BS’m var. Benim iÅŸim özellikle danışmanlık endüstrisi için saÄŸlam. Zaman çizelgelerini doldurmaktan ve iÅŸ istemekten bıktım (yumruk atmıyorsunuz, düzenli olarak ne yaptığınızı bilmiyorsunuz) ama nihayetinde bu kariyer yolunda sıkışıp kalmış hissetmemi saÄŸlayan erken emekli olmak istiyorum (28 ve 50’lerimde yapmak istiyorum).
Perakende ve hizmet iÅŸlerini seviyorum, çok dışa dönük ve sosyalim (izolasyonu ve yalnız kalmayı çok seviyorum haha ya bir tane … Ayrıca müşteri hizmetlerinden zevk alıyorum, fast food iÅŸimi 5 ish yıl boyunca sevdim).
Her zaman benim 2 rüya iÅŸimin bir garson olacağını söyledim (daha önce hiç garson olmamıştım ama kiÅŸiliÄŸimle harika olduÄŸunu hissediyorum ve acımasız insanlara (deÄŸerli fast food’u çalıştıran) aldırmıyorum ve insanlar da harika olacağımı ya da tüccar Joe’s Haha’ya mükemmel bir uyum olacağını söyledim ve bir posta görevlisi. Postacı da harika olurdu ve bu konuda da bolca araÅŸtırma yaptım.
Alanımdaki alanımdaki şeylerin hükümet tarafına geçmeyi düşündüm ama bu işlerin çoğunun bulunduğu yere yaklaşmak istemiyorum, bu yüzden az ve çok uzaklar. Ayrıca iyi ama idk bir ödeme kesimi olurdu.
Ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum (gerçekten var mı?)
Yine de bitkinim ve yataÄŸa gidiyorum … sıkıcı bir masa iÅŸini, bir hizmeti veya perakende iÅŸini seviyorum, sadece tutarlılık istiyorum, ne danışmanlık GÊ»gÊ»tt Gooodnoght.

Here’s a business idea I would love to see in the world: A furniture consignment store with a furniture repair business attached, where someone can take classes in furniture repair and that also does estate sales.
Here’s my idea: You need a large space near a mid sized city that has a wide class spectrum: upper, middle & working class residents. A college town would be great.
You start with free stuff on Facebook marketplace and next door, fixing, repairing, re-doing furniture (painting, etc in your own style or esthetic). Build your inventory.
Start advertising for furniture consignment. You research what consigners are paying (40%-60%, depending on your market), and follow the market. You are very selective on what you accept by paying attention to what sells quickly on fb, etc and what they charge.
Offer classes, for a fee, in furniture repair, whatever you learn/know how to do. Small, hands on classes over a weekend or one evening a week for a month.
Offer estate sales. When someone wants to move or dies etc. And can’t do a garage sale, you take over, for a fee. You bring the furniture you want to your shop. You host a garage sale at their place. Or/ and you sell on eBay etc.
4 lines of income (store; consignment, classes, estate sales). You’d need to set up excellent bookkeeping for consignment transparency…. I talked with a woman who had opened her consignment store in 2018. 2021 was her most profitable year. It’s almost recession-proof. Students could become employees or could start their own business, furniture repair is so hard to find.
