Can you share more about what you like, what you know you don’t like, your strengths, what you have going for you as for as your opportunities you can take? It’s hard to give advice when I don’t know anything about you

First off, much love and respect for reaching out honestly. When you took those Gen Ed classes which were fun to take? Which classes did you truly enjoy? Take up an outdoor sport if you don’t have one, one you can do alone, anytime away from people 🙂 Reflect, think, dream, say “what if”, all while your on your own without distractions, find what puts even the smallest smile on your face, the feeling that started from inside until it made you smile/grin and tap into that. Explore your curiosity from those classes, read up on other non typical classes that sound interesting and follow it, the area of study will unfold. College is time for personal growth and exploration, you’re young, not lost yet 😊 Keep a paying job, money is key to independence. Chin up and good luck.

Have you thought about taking your skills to a full service hotel or resort? In a FS hotel there are many different departments. I know people that came in with F&B and moved to sales, catering, even General Manger. My point is you have hospitality skills and those skills can translate to many different roles.

Try to focus on what you do have: excellent hospitality skills! These skills are like the foundation that you already built. Now let’s add to that foundation!!!

Idk if there’s a rule about this or not, but I went in the Air Force for 4 years, did a lot of cool stuff and made good friends and it gave me time to figure out what I want while still sending me in the right direction. And if you don’t like what your doing in the Air Force you can always crosstrain into something else at the end of your contract, or get out with school benefits and do something else

You have hospitality skills, I would definitely look at resorts, the pay is average to start from what I’ve seen but you would have to work your way up to make more and learn additional skills along the way. What kind of jobs have you been looking at online?

Funny thing about indecision.  If you don’t make a decision eventually the decision will be made for you.

    Here’s where you’re at
    * You have 11 years of hospitality experience.
    * You have a college partial degree.

So The logical decision based on where you’re at now **Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management**
