1-2 yıl üniversiteden ayrılabilir
Bu benim üniversitedeki ilk yılım ve ben sadece buradayım çünkü (Florida’da bulunduğum eyaletin ikamet muafiyetleri var, böylece eyalet içi eğitim alabilirim. Aksi takdirde, kendi eyaletimdeki eyalet içi öğrenim inanılmaz derecede yüksektir ve büyük krediler olmadan bunu karşılayamazdım.
Ama şimdi yaşam/yasal sorunlar nedeniyle ikametim becerdin olabilir. Devlet öğreniminden karşılamamın bir yolu yok. Ama kariyer yolumu ve bulunduğum koleji gerçekten seviyorum, bu yüzden onu terk etmeyi planlamıyorum. Kendi başıma devlete hak kazanana kadar 1-2 yıl ayrılmam gerekecek.
Ama ne yapacağım? Üniversiteye dönmeyi planlarsam 1-2 yıl ticaret okuluna gitmeyi haklı çıkarmaz. Asker de değil. Açıkçası evde çürümem. Muhtemelen bir iş bulacağım ama ne tür bir fikrim yok. Özellikle BC Florida’ya özgü çalışma hakkında fazla bir şey bilmiyorum.
Bunların hiçbiri henüz kesin değil ve ben BELKİ ikametimi kurtarabilmek. Ama bokun fan’a düşündüğümden daha erken vurması durumunda yol arıyorum.

Legal and life issues affect your residency? Is in-state tuition based on an agreement between states?;;
There may be other options for residency and still give you the ability to take classes. When I was in college, I could register through the extension department for in state tuition.
You might only need to work for 6 months while taking one or two classes like a friend’s son is doing in TN. Don’t leave the state if you like the school and want to keep residency. Maybe the university has a job for you and will cover your tuition. Maybe they have scholarships as well
Just join the military. It’s 2 years longer than you thought but when you’re done you have a fat wallet, free college, and a ton of other benefits waiting for you.
Some that people don’t mention.. I don’t pay for car registration, 10% discount at Home Depot, home loan with no down payment, and several others that come in clutch. Although free college and healthcare obviously win.
May I know the reasons for taking 1-2 gap years? Keep in mind that as long as you are a student, you will be eligible for applying to internships, co-ops positions, free mental health counseling … even if you are not taking classes.
Therefore, I suggest you carefully speak to your program director to pay a small fee that will maintain your student status for now even if you will be off for 1 year. Otherwise, you won’t be eligible for any internships/co-op/free counseling/free food pantry …
1 gap year is ok, but 2 gap years must be justified or keep in mind that your gap years might lead to not coming back anymore even if you desire going back because things can happen (falling in love, getting pregnant, being with the wrong crowd, losing loved ones…).
