My advice:
1. Build your GBP profile
2. Analyze the best concrete business sites around you or even around the country
3. Look for keywords with a high CPC$ value – these = buying keywords
4. Build a content strategy to rank for these keywords
5. Traffic is a misnomer – you’re not the NY Times – you need buyers, not visitors
