Yakın zamanda sitemdeki ~ 650 blog yazısının yaklaşık 10’unun tamamen yeniden yazımını yaptım. Genel konu aynı kaldı ancak içerik önemli ölçüde değişti.
Bu süreçte URL bilgilerini güncelledim (ancak WordPress Gönderi Kimlikleri aynı kaldı) ve eski URL’lerden yenilerine 301 yönlendirme ayarladım.
Sorum: Eski bir URL ilk olarak 12 Mayıs 2018’de yayınlandıysa ve yeniden yazılan yayın 28 Ağustos 2026’da yeni URL’de yayına girdiyse yeni URL’nin yayın tarihini 12 Mayıs 2018 olarak mı geriye almalıyım yoksa 28 Ağustos 2026 olarak mı tutmalıyım? Tarihlerin yanlış gösterilmesi nedeniyle herhangi bir olumsuz SEO konusunda biraz endişeliyim.

I wouldn’t – i dont know why this non “trick” still persists in peoples minds but I recently talked an SEO agency owner out of it, showing them how the mechanics works and that Google uses its own first discover date and that it doesnt matter.

Dates dont matter. The news and discover bots crawl content quickly – so old posts wont get included
If Google doesnt trust your domains lasmod, it will stop doing so but thinking that the sdate = “fresh” is just delusion
Its like thinking putting in a meta-description and schema “impresses” google.
Just step up and do real SEO and SEO work, stop looking for sill unicorns IMHO
