What traffic do those pages get?
Why would links you built suddenly get traffic from Google?
Why do peoploe think links = a checkbox? Its a live system

Relevant? Relevancy is control – but the pages need authority – and thats hard to gauge;.
You need to think of backlinks – if you want to go that way – as currency. BYO currency has no value.
Its difficult on purpose.
