Storytime, Never keep it sealed

I got a story. I was just playing minecraft on my PS5. as anyone who has played console enough knows controllers eventually get stick drift. I’m in the mines and mobs sneak up on me because i had loud music playing. I try to fight them and my controller decides to turn me 180 degrees and of course i get rocked. My anger issues have been prevalent since a child, but i’ve managed to keep it down. Although i’ve been fighting this stick drift for a while and im tired of it so i snap, throw the controller and break it. When i get in a mood like this best thing to calm me down is to do something productive. I’ve already done my laundry today so i turn to my pokemon cards and start sorting. Singles in this ETB, booster bundles in another. With my impaired judgement from my anger, or maybe good judgement, I pick out a single sleeved blister to open hoping maybe to cool myself off. Lost Origin, This will end up good or terrible. I chased this Giratina with TONS of packs and actually pulled it a few months after the set launched (picture 1 dated at the top) But i traded it for a NIB Switch OLED that i would have bought for that christmas. I still have the switch and use it to this day, but that card has always left a hole in my heart. Never able to justify buying it again for the price. I open the pack and see the silver border peek out while putting the pack together after the card trick. Since i have opened many packs i get a gut feeling in my stomach because immediately i know that’s not some normal V. I think there’s no possible way on gods green earth. But there it is in all its glory. Christmas has came early for me and there’s nothing better i could have wished for. I believe i would have gave in and opened it eventually, But to think if i never opened it. and i opened it because of minecraft and stick drift of all things. i’ve learned my lesson, and its never leaving my possession this time. thank you guys for reading and best of luck in your packs .
