Dikkatim dağıldı.

Yaşımı yaşamıyorum. Bunu yapmanın bir yoluna ihtiyacım var. Bu vahşi. Benim karakterim yalnızlığa alışkındır. Bence çok tatlı ama yanılıyorum. Kendimi kutsanmış, lanetlenmiş ve şımarık hissediyorum. Üç yıl sonra otuzlu yaşlarıma giriyorum ve hayatın gerçeklerine karşı o kadar yeşilim ki. Ne yapmam gerekiyor? Kendimi kötü bir şekilde düzeltmem gerekiyor.

    You need more context since it’s hard to understand your issues. What are the things that are distracting you from accomplishing something? Did you get your bachelor’s degree? Do you have a job?

    If you do not know where to start, start with your personal development. When you start to improve yourself, you will feel better about yourself, become more productive, and think more clearly, which means you will have a better chance of knowing how you want to move forward in life. 

    Take time to improve yourself, body, mind, and spirit. For example, do something to improve each area daily. It can be a simple thing, such as drinking one more cup of water daily to nourish your body. Watch a 10 minutes video to improve your confidence. Read 3 pages on gratitude or write one thing daily on what you are grateful for. When you nourish your body, your body will feel good, and you will feel good. It is the same when you nourish your mind and spirit.

    Progress starts at step 1 and then on to step 2. It’s a marathon and not a sprint..
