Sometimes. 0 volume keywords that I track are keywords that once had higher volume and have tanked since then, there is a new topic that hasn’t entered general lexicon, or GSC has different data.
The reason why there is 0 volume is that the figure stands for the Average Search Volume across the last 12 months. Therefore, the average from SEMRush’s data is less than 10 but greater than 0. Since SEMRush only presents their volume data in tens and hundreds, it is rounded down to 0.
