1. What kind of traffic? Google Organic?
1. Traffic outside of Google isn’t going to have any impact
2. Multiple errors
1. Do you mean pages that had traffic started to 404?
1. Then just fix them
2. Or you had other technical issues
1. Google doesnt “deduct” or penalize you for having errors

The sandbox is a period of waiting before a supposed Google limit is lifted, the time frame and reasons vary.
However – authority is the control that people forget about – those who have none and those that have plenty – especially.
If you have access to forms of authority, then I would say no such sandbox exists.
However – regardless on your position of sandboxing – I’ve never heard of people with a site getting traffic moving back in to a sandbox
