Website owners can use whatever spelling they want on their websites. Shouldn’t be an issue at all.

I’d do that with some anchor text links and just off page stuff pointing to your site with such KW’s.
It’s nearly impossible to get traffic for a misspelling of a word unless you build a brand around that word. Google will autocorrect the search query otherwise.
Use power of anchor text while creating backlinks.
Use the misspellings naturally in your content (FAQ, alt text, or a small section),
add them as variations in long tail keywords and
optimize meta tags or blog posts where it makes sense but don’t spam.
Google is smart so ranking for misspellings works best when they appear naturally and contextually not forced.
You need to createa separate side campaign to get people to search for the typo
Just spell the words correctly and Google will figure it out
