Bir site, eski URL’leri yeniden yönlendirmeden yavaş yavaş yeni bir URL yapısına geçerse (eski makaleler eski yapı altında dizine eklenmiş olarak kalır, yeni içerik daha temiz bir biçim kullanır), URL kalıplarındaki bu bölünme genel site sıralamalarını etkileyebilir mi? İki URL yapısını sürdürmek zararsız mı yoksa zamanla sinyalleri zayıflatabilir mi?

“Cleaner” is not an SEO concept. They either match a search index or they dont. If you mean friendlier, then that means the same thing. If you mean its just shorter or narrower to focus on a wider search topic – sure – but where you will rank = topical authority.
Second thing – and it sounds like you’re moving from narrow slugs to broader ones – is that they can compete and cannabalize each other.
URL structure has to do with topical authority.
