So – if you had the first website ever – I could totally understand why you’d get free traffic.
But why do you think Google owes you free traffic?
Not being rude – this question applies to ALL of us – me too.
I mean – there are what- maybe 20 million pages – maybe 200m in your niche?
If you had a store in a desert with no roads – would people come to it?
You need to promote your own site
Are you targeting the right keywords? Sounds like you either haven’t done proper keyword research or you’re targeting ones that are too competitive.

It may be some technical issues. I would download screaming frog or use GSC and check to see if there are indexing / crawling issues with pages.
Free version of screaming frog is 500 pages so hopefully it’s not a huge site which sounds like it’s not bc it’s been 4 months. Look into internal linking blogs.

Check your pages are actually indexed and if so what content are you writing? If it’s a very competitive niche you need to look at more niche topics. It’s also only been 4 months.

Indexing, bloat, structure, therere any number of reasons. Id need to audit to say anything useful.
With numbers that low, I would first sanity check fundamentals before assuming effort equals progress. Fifty posts in four months often means thin or overlapping content, especially if they target similar keywords. I would look at whether those pages are actually indexed, what queries they are eligible for, and if there is any real search demand behind them. Backlinks do not help much if the pages do not answer a specific intent better than what already exists. Early on, one strong page that matches search intent cleanly can outperform dozens of generic posts.
