Yeah I agree with 3rd party applications for booking and scheduling it will be hard to track and show acquisition of where it’s coming from. More research and testing should be done. SEO won’t necessarily increase clientele and it’s meant to increase your online presence and rankings within intent based searches related to your practice. Is vagaro your scheduling platform and website platform? If so, would highly recommend switching over to WordPress if it’s a complex site or just use wix or sqaurespce much more budget friendly for simple small practice business looking for bookings.
I do freelance and work with a wellness company in Massachusetts and I used to work at an SEO agency and I guarantee you go with a freelancer who knows and has experience. SEO companies or agencies will not give you full priority because they need to juggle 20+ . I would love to help you or even have a quick chat but do your research and see what best works for you.
