SEo is about authority. google has enough pages in almost every index. An index is a list of pages that matcha search phrase, they are pre-built and most of what you’re targeting already exists, already has conent.
Your rank position dictates your CTR – nothing else. And your rank position is set by your relevance X your authority
Authority comes from 3rd party validation – people linking to you – people viewing your stie and now having to do the same search again to find another answer. ITs been like that for nearly 30 years -. People keep trying to invent ‘alternative” SEO – cos $$$ – and its funny and sad watching it but honestly it hasn’t changed that much
Only other pages that rank in Google and enough to get clicks pass authority – thats just the easiest simplest way to explain it.
There are a lot of SEO subs and people in SEO – and most people have narrow exposure – so remember that people working on domains with authority aren’t usually helpful to people with little to none (i.e. where you are and any new domain)
You need to find lower KD keywords – keywords with less high authority domains ranking so you get a chance to rank in the top 3.
