Need better title tags. Optimize them for top queries in Google Search Console by page while making them read naturally so users will want to click them from Google.
Need an interlinking strategy and to have interlinking in place.
Your non-navigation linked GEO pages (iphone repair cambridge, iphone repair peterborough, etc.) all have the same content. Make it unique by location. I would redo these pages to use a page design that converts better and is easier to look at and read too. It needs to be split into different sections, with trust and CTA sections added. Right now, it’s all one fullwidth section with hugh images and videos.
ahrefs shows you lost 1.9k keywords and traffic is down 355 sessions in the last 6 months. What was up with that? Were those important? You also went from 420 pages to 89 pages in ahrefs.

What keyword do you want to rank for? Type in to your phone and see where the number one position is. You have to beat that site and depending on the query, you might only get 1% of the clicks. There was a recent seer interactive report that said SEO got 0.61% of clicks when there was an AI overview there.
