Cold email works with the right hook. I’ve sent a similar email campaign in the past the difference was I listed the top three issues I noticed on the site at the top of the email. Then I said you may want to ask your developer to correct these items.
Thats not marketing, thats spamming it’s not any different than those who are saying “we found 50 metric ton gold, we need your information to transfer this to you”
