These are definitely old spam bots just blasting out. Would make no difference if they are there or not I’d say. Just act as if they are not there and look at the genuine ones.

while it might work short-term, it’s risky. quality backlinks from reputable sources matter more than just quantity, stick to high-authority sites.

That’s a disposable blog network cheap domains spun up to drip-feed backlinks. It’s technically “allowed,” but it’s not what gets you long-term rankings anymore. Google mostly ignores those unless they’re part of a much bigger link profile. Real movement happens when backlinks come from pages that actually get traffic. Most of what you’re seeing is noise meant to impress clients or tools, not Google.
