Both clicks and traffic are important. I would recommend setting up GA4 if you haven’t already. You can see where your traffic is coming from as well as setup conversions if you are tracking that sort of thing.
I don’t think any of the data we get is 100% accurate. All of your data sources can be used as tools for decision making though.
Site Kit shows all visitors to your site.
GSC shows only Google Search clicks.
So yeah, the numbers won’t match. For SEO, GSC clicks matter more.
