These are automated emails and notification you get on GSC when you reach a new milestone. It indicates you are on the right track, unless you did the clicks yourself.
They send them to everyone.
Those emails are mostly just automated encouragements from Google. They don’t really measure “success,” just milestones like your site getting its first clicks tracked in Search Console. It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong or right, but it’s kind of a nice little nudge that your site is at least being seen. The real progress comes from steady improvements over time, not the occasional congratulatory email.
