14 yaşında ve aptalca bir şekilde Gemini’nin canlı kamera modunu kullanarak rol yapmayı denemeye karar verdi. Yapay zeka onun reşit olmadığını doğru bir şekilde tespit etti ve Google tüm hesaplarımı yasakladı.
Bunu aile tabletinde yaptı. Uygunsuz şeyleri izlemesini engellemek için ebeveyn kontrolleri var, ancak Gemini’nin bunların kapsamında olmadığını fark etmedik.
Tüm ailemizin TÜM Google hesapları o tablete bağlıydı. Google hepsini yasakladı.
Her şey gitti. 15 yıllık iş tamamen erişilemez durumda.
Tüm e-postalarım, tüm belgelerim Google Drive’da kayıtlı.
Web sitem bile Google hesabıma bağlandı ve o da kilitlendi.
Google’a yazıp eski durumuna getirilmesi için yalvardık ama onlar tüm hesapların çocuk koruma nedeniyle kapatıldığını söylediler.
3 ay sonra ipoteğimi nasıl ödeyeceğimi bilmiyorum. Muhasebecimin TÜM kayıtlarını tam anlamıyla kaybettim. Şirket yılım mayıs ayında bitiyor.
Bütün hayatım tamamen berbat durumda.
Tüm Google hesaplarımı geri almak için kullanabileceğim herhangi bir yasal mekanizma var mı?

I know its a copypasta, but maybe if someone reads they can get some education. I started using a domain alias in gmail years ago for this exact reason. If google decides to ban you then you are shit out of luck. People upload their private photos to google drive, a lots of photos of their kid in the bathtub or whatever. Its a matter of time till an AI will identify their kids photos as CP and they gonna get banned with no way to recover. If they would ban me for whatever reason I could just install Thunderbird and go on with my life. For the record I’m not looking at underage kids on the internet, I simply dont want a company like google control my life. You should too not want that.

This is a problem that has been discussed many times, and unless you, your lawyer, your son, and a third party meet with the CEO of Google, your Google account will likely remain lost. You should have used email. Google uses AI to monitoring on our personal drives, and people have repeatedly complained that this is a privacy violation, but there’s nothing we can do about it, so I think we need to store important things in secure, local physical storage.

Worst thing is it seems like there simply isnt a solution for this. It’s like being pushed out of a plane, you either dont let yourself be vulnerable to that in the first place, or you simply have to make peace with death once it happens.
And even if there is some way to set things right, it won’t be nearly fast enough or affordable enough to matter. In fact trying will likely make things much worse in (at least) the short term (lawyer fees, police seizing devices, etc). There is no fixing this. Your life is simply permenantly worse now. By a lot.

Wild, I would of expected Google of all AI stuff to be more strict when it comes to that and be like “I can’t generate that kind of image” or “Hey I can’t talk about inappropriate stuff like that”
