Hayatımla ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum.

Herkese merhaba. 20 yaşındayım ve bilgisayar bilimlerinde yükselen bir gençim ve sanırım bir süredir çeyrek yaşam krizi yaşıyorum. Binbaşı aldırmıyorum, sevmiyorum ama iyi yapıyorum, ama buna bağlı kalmak isteyip istemediğimi ve bu pazarda iyi bir iş çıkarma şansım olup olmadığını bilmiyorum. Özellikle başka ilgi alanlarım var gibi hissetmiyorum ve dürüst olmak gerekirse, gerçekten hedefim yok. Sanırım mezun olmalıyım gibi hissediyorum çünkü benden beklenen bu. Ben ne yaparım? Bununla nasıl başa çıkarım? Lütfen, kendim için nasıl hedefler belirleyeceğiniz ve herhangi bir şeye ilgi duyacağınız konusunda bazı tavsiyelere ihtiyacım var. Ne istediğimi bilmiyorum ve her şey anlamsız görünüyor.

:What would you like to be when you grow up”… – is a common question elders been asking for generations of 15+ yr old teens

Sadly Indian Education and family/home nurturing does not put enough efforts in guiding youth.

Your Personal and Professional skill sets with your Competence and Confidence intellectually augmented with your personality is the only way to add value to your degree and impress an employer toattain a high paying professional career job

CAREER PATH IS NOT A ONE TIME DEAL. MAY NEED TILL RETIREMENT…

Here are some guidelines, tips and points to ponder…

1 Sklls – Life Skills, Self Help Skills Self develoment skills- generally taught starting age 10 or so now define it again and thoroughly understand these skills – needed lifelong- Professional & Personal life

2. Communication conversational exchange at and with people at all levels of society starting from extended family & community. Practice this need for interview and professional presentation

3. Based on your interest, Meet with professionals (about 6 to 8) and visit their place of work in line with what youth would want to do as their profession ( summer of 10th, 11th, 12th)

This helps youth to select subjects in high school + related professional skills (age conducive) and carry forwrd in Univ and beyond as a first stage of career path starting in hgh school and complete it by second year of univ

4. Degree is multidimentional. Certifies that youth has acquired the knowledge in the subject/course,”figuring out what to do”

5. Intelligence is the tool used to put that degree knowledge to practical use “figuring out how to do it”

6. Competence and Confidence are much needed and are dependant on ones personality. To present oneself to prospective employer in articulating all of the abve to show one is fully qualified to perform and compete

7. Skills – Tools required to implement effectively efficiently productively to attain high quality and provide quantity to the employer toward profitability using competence snd confidence age conducive and in line with the professionalism

8. Personality is much needed to put all the above together and attain level of professionalism required to compete in this modern economy

Use this for now. Revise it from time to time as you mature thru high school and univ
