To whom it may concern at Ea-nasir,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent delivery of copper ingots. When we initially spoke, you assured me of "fine quality" ingots for my associate, Gimil-Sin. However, the batch you sent was anything but fine.

To make matters worse, when my representative arrived to resolve the issue, you treated him with utter contempt, essentially telling him "take it or leave it". Is this how you treat a valued client? You made my messenger return empty-handed, forcing him to travel through dangerous territory!

You have disrespected me and my people over a trivial outstanding balance, despite the massive 1,080 pounds of copper I've already sourced for the palace through you.

I expect a full refund or a replacement of the original order with the correct quality immediately. Be advised that from now on, I will be personally inspecting every single ingot in my own yard, and I will exercise my right to reject any and all substandard product. Your service has been disgraceful.
