Bir iş buldum ama bunun bana göre olmadığını hemen anladım. Tavsiyeye ihtiyacım var.
Sonunda kendi alanımda bir iÅŸ buldum, ancak 12 saat 4’e 4 kapalı (teorik olarak) dönüşümlü vardiyalar var. 2 aydır buradayım ve bu artık beni yıpratmaya baÅŸladı. Artık neredeyse hiç kimseyle konuÅŸmuyorum, uyandıklarında uyuyorum, iÅŸten döndüklerinde iÅŸe gidiyorum. Geçen hafta insanlarla toplamda belki 1-2 saat konuÅŸtum. Ä°ÅŸe alınamaz hale gelmek istemiyorum ama fiziksel olarak yorucu ve çok izole edici olduÄŸu için bu döngüyle gerçekten baÅŸa çıkamıyorum. Ä°ÅŸ, fazla mesai hariç yılda 50 bin dolar ödüyor, ancak ÅŸirket içinde olmadığı sürece yükselmek için fazla yer yok (ÅŸirketin ne yaptığıyla da ilgilenmiyorum). Hobilerimin veya bununla alakası olmayan baÅŸka iÅŸler bulmamı saÄŸlayacak becerilerimin hiçbirine zamanım yok. Bu iÅŸ, sahip olduÄŸum tüm iÅŸten daha iyi para kazandırıyor ama üniversiteden sonra iÅŸin bu ÅŸekilde olmayacağını düşündüm. 2 ay sonra iÅŸi bırakmanın ilerlememi zorlaÅŸtıracağını ve benzer durumda olan birinin olup olmadığını bilmem gerekiyor.

Start applying to different jobs, don’t quit until you have another one lined up. If a future employer asks you why you’re leaving your current positions so soon, just lie lie lie. Make something up, say the opportunity is too good to pass up, say you developed a passion for a different career, say your current position was eliminated because of restructuring, or just don’t tell them youre employed.
No job is worth losing your sanity over. Good luck.
Hi OP, it’s generally a bad idea to quit a job without something else lined up. I don’t know about you, but most people have bills to pay and can’t gamble on how long it will take to find a new job. You mention working 4 days on and 4 days off. I’d imagine somewhere in those 4 off days you could find time to job hunt and develop new skills.
Regarding the lack of social interaction on your current schedule, that’s to be expected. You’re working a swing shift, a non traditional work shift. At that you’re even working a non traditional swing shift, somehow getting 48 hours a week opposed to 40. Most people are not going to be on your schedule, you either have to find those that are or adjust so your off days you can hang with your old friends.
In terms of quitting culture and finding a new job, working only 2 months may raise flags to potential new companies. Especially if this is your first corporate level job. It can signal that you’re not yet ready to enter the workforce to recruiters.
I strongly recommend to keep your current job, just tough it out while you job search. It’s much easier to explain that you feel the new company is a better fit and aligns more with your skill set. As opposed to explaining why after just 2 months you left your previous job.
