Hi all I've been a pro edging guru for about 40 years now. Have a 32k 16 monitor setup. It's possible to edge with a standard mobile phone, but it's not recommended. You need to see EVERY LITTLE DETAIL on that shit, see it like you're there.

Sauce list

Compile a spreadsheet with all of your kinks/fetishes and add links to the best sites for it. You want to drive yourself rabid in order to extend your time.

Organizing your porn folder

So many people don't do this. Optimal file structure would be sauce folder/type of sauce/subtypes/videos/images

This allows you to find what you're looking for much quicker and can save you precious time when you're trying to keep that boner up.

Working out

Health experts say it is best to work out the arms for about a month prior to long gooning sessions. For casual gooning, a fleshlight/machine of some kind is fine, but for competitive gooning, these are not allowed. I have personally used both methods casually. I find I get more pleasure from the fleshlight, but my times are better with the hand.

Avoiding Women

I know this is very hard to do, especially when there are girls at waffle house who will suck your dick for a cigarette. But having actual hookups destroys your times. I've only ever lasted ten minutes with a real girl. Please avoid real hookups at all costs.

Diet

Yes, there is an optimal gooning diet as well. It's mostly protein, eggs, cheese, beef and such. Your body has to A: Be strong for long hog cranking sessions B: Make enough semen for you to have multiple orgasms per session and maintain a boner throughout. You should never go a meal without some kind of protein.
