30 yaşında kendinizi tamamen kaybolmuş hissediyor musunuz? Kariyeriniz için herhangi bir fikriniz var mı?
Herkese merhaba,
Gerçekten biraz rehberlik almayı ve hatta benzer durumda olan insanlardan haber almayı umuyorum. 30 yaşındayım, BirleÅŸik Krallık’lıyım ve konu kariyerime gelince kendimi tamamen kaybolmuÅŸ hissediyorum.
İşte buradayım:
- ben bir nitelikli öğretmenama sonunda işten nefret etmeye başladım; iş yükü, stres ve dengesizlik bana göre değildi.
- benim bir şeyim var Psikoloji alanında yüksek lisans derecesiancak bundan gerçekten yararlanacak (veya hatta bana bir şans verecek) herhangi bir rol bulmakta zorlandım.
- ben bile polis memuru olarak eğitilmiş bir süreliğine ama bu da kesinlikle uygun değildi.
- bende çok var müşteri hizmetleri deneyimiama aslında harcadığım zamanı, eğitimi ve çabayı yansıtan para kazanmak istediğim noktadayım.
Şu anda sadece geçimimi sağlamak için teslimat şoförü olarak çalışıyorum. Dürüst bir iş ama uzun vadede istediğim bu değil. Son zamanlarda yaklaşık 25 işe başvurdum ve tek bir onay veya yanıt bile alamadım, bu gerçekten moralimi bozdu.
Okulu bıraktıklarından beri istikrarlı bir işi olan arkadaşlarım var, hatta bazı arkadaşlarım 65-100 bin kazanıyor.
Artık ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum. Birçok yolu denediğimi ve hiçbirinin bana uymadığını hissediyorum ama aynı zamanda anlamlı (ve sürdürülebilir) bir şey bulmaktan da vazgeçmek istemiyorum.
Nesillerin zenginliği içinde doğacak ve yatırım yapacak/geri çekilecek çok fazla param olmayacak kadar şanslı değildim.
Benzer bir süreç yaşayan biri varsa veya benim geçmişime sahip birine uygun iş veya alanlarla ilgili fikirleri varsa, sizden haber almak isterim.

Hey there, this is certainly a tough spot but not a unique one. So you have that going for you already. With your background, i imagine the world is a wide open place and that doesn’t particularly help your search.
Quick basic roadmap:
1. Take a step back and build the outline of your career journey; look at what you’ve done, accomplishments, challenges both good and bad, what are you good at, what do you enjoy about your jobs, what do you enjoy in life, etc.
2. List your assets. Friends/their roles, family, skills, degrees, titles, resumes, social accounts, content, awards, etc.
3. List your bottom line needs. Minimum required income, desired income, locations, hours, environment, team, these kinds of things.
4. Put it all together – you have a nice little story brewing.
5. Get creative – take what you know now, the information you’ve gathered, and build out your value props, where you can help organizations and teams, what you bring to the table no matter what, where you thrive, where you need work. essentially, “why would i hire myself”?
6. Apply what you’ve got to your job search with purpose.
Not only have I been at multiple professional crossroads in my life, but I now help people navigate them. what i just gave you is pretty much an outline as to what i’ve done and what i take people through in one of my labs. no degree, no specific industry expertise – and i’ve been in leadership roles since I was 20 years old.

I’m 27 and going through a similar thing.
Went to school for animation but was unable to make that a sustainable career aside from a few freelance opportunities. Then I went through training to be a TSA agent but wasn’t a good fit for my personality so I resigned. Currently working in retail. Full time with benefits at least but pay is low and isn’t going to work long term.
My plan is to go back to school next year for Supply Chain Management. I already have a small amount of experience tracking inventory and receiving shipments at work so there’s somewhat of a foundation already. Plus I have a good friend who actually is a supply chain analyst for a large car parts manufacturer who can mentor me and help me with breaking into the industry. So basically my advice is utilize the resources at your disposal to forge a path that works for you. Best of luck!
