Yani işlettiğim küçük bir işletmede bizimle 1 gün çalışan bir çalışan vardı (sadece öyle yaptığını söylemek için) buraya reddit’te bazı iftira niteliğinde paylaşımlar yaptı ve bu kötü bir şey. Reddit’te yer alması pek umurumda değil ama sorun şu ki Google’da kötü bir başlıkla ilk 2-3 arama sonuçları arasında kalıyor.
Kullanıcı adı silindi ve modlar umursamıyor, hatta başarılı bir şekilde kaldırılmadan bunu diğer hesaplardan defalarca Reddit’e bildirdim.
Hatta bazı mutlu müşterilerimin, işletme adı için Google’da gösterilen olumsuz gönderilerin sıralamasında öne çıkmasını sağlamak için çeşitli başlıklarda paylaşımlar yaptığını gördüm. Bu girişimler kalıcı olarak işe yaramadı, bazen 1. sayfada belirip sonra tamamen kayboluyor, hatta 2-3. sayfaya itiliyorlar.
İşletmenin her bir sosyal medya platformu varlığı var. Subreddit, Facebook, Twitter ve LinkedIn, Medium, Substack, YouTube, BBB gibi tüm büyük sitelerde liste uzayıp gidiyor.
Gönderiyi Google’da birçok hesaptan yaklaşık 20-30 kez şikayet ettim.

Marka işletme sayfasındaki blog sayfalarını zenginleştirdim, konum sayfaları, hizmet sayfaları vb. ekledim. Seo konusunda yıllardır acemi değilim.
TF bu gönderinin sıralamada geçmesini ve/veya Google’dan kaldırılmasını nasıl sağlayabilirim? Adam başlıkta tam olarak işletme adını kullandığı için bu durum geçerli.
Just work on the positive reviews side. I’ve had clients tell us that the outrageous, extremely negative comments are ignored because they can make out that they’re fake, or blown out of proportion to harm the company’s reputation.
So, I say again… Work on the positives. If you have 100 authentic, 5 star reviews, and 1 negative, then that speaks for itself.
You can’t please everyone all the time. Just make sure that the negative review is addressed, and that any real mistakes are fixed in the company’s policies going forward.
You can actually make it work for you by how you respond to it. People often check for how companies react to being attacked. Just show that you are the adult in the room and you are not what you are accused off and it will work for you.
For most queries with Reddit results, I’ve noticed they are limited to a few spots. So I think you’re maybe right that it’ll be easier to bury it by getting more positive Reddit reviews to surface.
Have you tried making a few back links to one (or multiple) of the positive Reddit posts to see if that moves the needle?
roll with it – add in comments to the post that outweigh it, and add in extra perspective so people will see that instead / as well
