We get this 5 times a day and its down to authority.
Your rank position = Your relevance score X your authority score
if you authority = 0 or is low, then your rank position is going to be weak no matter how much relevance you tweak
>No aggressive changes yet (titles, internal linking, etc.) mostly letting things settle.
You can’t really think that all of the competing documents in your index (e.g. office chairs online?) – all trank because they have better page titles???
