brielfy, since I am in a car (not driving):
They launch as the final step once everything else is set and prepared. They launch together with their marketing, they prepared the market by publishing articles, have a list of followers/emails who opted in, the product is reviewed by high authority reviewers within the launch time window, they are backed by the lifetime experience of their founders who are well known within the relevant niche.
There is a lot that can be done before your actual sho goes live and this is not an exhaustive list by any means.
