These are all new reference points to now add the rest of your context to. Are you seeing conversions? What queries are driving those impressions? Anything interesting or unexpected? It’s still very early so nothing to drive conclusions from, but watch for trends and see if actions you take can in any way predictably influence these data points as you progress.
Where I’d pay more attention is whether pages are indexed, if not why and can you fix it? Those are lower fruit points to influence relatively quickly.

Those stats will be skewed because Google removing &num=100 broke how GSC gathers and reports data
CTR and average position are completely useless metrics when you look at them site wide or even across a single page.
CTR is only a useful metric when you look at single queries in relation to their average position.
As far as your results, there really is no “on the right track” indicator. It all depends on competition and what you have done.
Right track would be:
1. What are my topical goals?
2. What are my steps there
3. Is content that I’m publishing getting me there?
