Ayrı web siteleri, logoları, markaları ve hizmetleri vardır ancak her ikisi de aynı konumdan çalışır ve aynı telefon numarasını kullanır.

You may run into an issue if they share names as well, but plenty of businesses are run out of the same building, in theory. You could add a suite number if you were inclined.
You can list more than one business at the same address as long as each one is distinct in name, category, and branding. Google only flags duplicates when two listings overlap too much in those areas.
It helps if both businesses have their own websites, separate categories, and slightly different contact details. Sharing an address is fine, but if possible, use a different phone number for each profile to keep them clearly separate.
If Google ever merges or suspends one, you can appeal and show proof that they’re separate operations. Things like business registrations, invoices, or signage photos usually clear it up.
