I’ve dealt with this before, and Google won’t remove it just because the name changed on the page.
If the video still exists and your name is spoken, embedded, or referenced elsewhere, Google sees it as valid content. A “refresh” request usually fails unless the page returns a clear 404 or noindex.
What actually works:
Ask the original publisher to remove the video entirely or set it to noindex
Then wait for Google to recrawl (can take weeks)
For reposts, you have to request removal per URL
Google rarely does this automatically. Persistence matters here, sadly.
