Google has stated as long as it’s helpful
It’s ok to write with AI, according to Google Webmaster guidelines. However, anything you put out should have human editing. Personally, I’d never write content with AI, but I do outlines and sometimes use AI to rewrite a sentence or two I don’t like .
If the content is useful to your audience and original (which it can’t be if its 100% AI), then it’s all good. I know many SEOs and copywriters who use AI, but they don’t just blindly prompt and publish without extensive editing. Good luck!
As far as ranking on Google goes – No, Google does not care if you use AI copywriting. Now, how that translates to a users experience on your website is different. No one wants to slog through AI slop.

As long as you content is adding value to your audience, it is ok. Google has shared their view on AI content. Follow their SEO direction for Google search engine, will be safe.
