Traffic is a factor of two other things: SERPs and monthly searches.
For example, position 1 gets about 30% of the visitors. So, if a keyword has 1,000 monthly searches, the first position will get about 300 visitors.
So if your traffic dropped your position dropped OR monthly searches decreased. Or both.
When I see that happen today or yesterday, it is usually delayed data that will look more normal in a few days.
Maybe keyword drop, they bounce like this so it’s best to target many keywords. Sharp spike though so I’d probably research it a bit more in console.
