MERHABA,

B2B content gets judged on a different query set than B2C, so “well optimized” usually looks boring from the outside. Instead of one big pillar page, the sites that win carry a lot of narrow pages: one per competitor name, one per integration, one per job title, with docs and help centre indexed separately from the marketing site.
Two checks I would run on any candidate before copying its structure. Pull the sitemap, group URLs by pattern, and see which section has the most indexed pages that actually rank. That is where the money pages are. Then look at naming: pages built around “how to do X in [tool]” or “[tool] alternative for Y” pull better than pages named after the product category, because the buyer types the workflow, not the category.

It doesn’t have to look boring, in fact, if competitors have boring sites than you have advantage.
The difference is in sales, usually you don’t direct customers to checkout but “book a demo” page. Usually this is the same reason why seo tools say that most of the b2b keywords are “informational”, they are because of no prices are displayed (high prices which can vary).

Paychex has a well optimized B2B site – from their main site to blog content, from titles to on-page content, it’s 🤌
For well optimized B2B websites, you can check out sites like Semrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Moz, Mailchimp and Hootsuite. I think there is a good chance that these sites are well optimized, especially since they are companies offering digital marketing tools.
The cleanest B2B content I see is usually from Ahrefs, Atlassian, and Gong. They do a good job of matching pages to intent, with separate pages for use cases, integrations, and pain point queries instead of trying to force everything onto a few top level service pages.
HubSpot is the obvious one, but I would study those three first if you want structure more than brand. They are good examples of content that is built to rank and to move someone toward a sales conversation.
One good example of a well optimized B2B website is Hubspot, they have done a very great job with good content, blogs and links between pages. They actively answer questions on Google which people search , for B2B its important to make content which is solving people’s problem and not just keywords.
You can find SaaS firms like Hubspot, Semrush, and Ahrefs to be well optimized, in regard to content. Hubspot stands apart as it used to rank for tons of generic informational queries, and after Google AIO appeared, their overall blog traffic got hit. Later, their content team reworked their strategy and able to divert their traffic from generic info queries to high intent queries (related to their core business).
