Google should use “Title” first. not OG:Title – although it does use OpenGraph markdown for snippets.
The snippet builder (like everything else) runs on its own clock which is setup by your site/pages authority.
The only time it runs on indexing is when a page is indexed at the first time.
It could take a week to 3 months.- you can’t accelerate it but you can grow authority
