HCU was ~October 2023. We are in February 2026. You cant possibly still be waiting for Google God to give back the traffic?
From the top of my head there has only been 1 website that has recovered fully. Even the ones who attended the Google Event (after screaming from the top of their lungs on X/Reddit and were reposted a million times, giving John M a headache) are nowhere near where they were pre-HCU.
I’d have suggested starting from scratch again.
