Because they dont exist as a ready made list.
20-25% of searches every day are brand new. In a week, thats >100% of searches are brand new or 50% of the past weeks data are terms that are new and may never surface again.
Google doesnt store that data. Its not available
But if you rank for it – this is the best way to get the most consistent information.
Bing Webmaster Tools also has a Keyword Research Tool that is free and is accurate within just the Bing Universe.
tl;dr
Exact doesn’t exist, quit while you’re ahead, use the data you can get as a guideline, publish for it, take a risk (i.e. what big grownup business people do every day) and publish (an SEO technique also known as “[Peering over the Keyword Horizon](https://weblinkr.net/blog/how-to-peer-over-the-horizon-for-keyword-research/)”) and you’ll be fine. SEO’s have been doing this for 26 years without having access to exact data or getting their hands on it themselves.
So get your smile on, get your big boy (or girl) pants on and get to work and do SEO
Hope that helps!
For a general topic? Check out Google Trends. You can filter by time and location. Will not show you any keyword rankings or anything like that but gives you an idea what people are searching.
Google Keyword Planner is the most accurate tool for seeing actual search volume. it has a location filter you can use to refine the search. Bing has similar tool. Or you can try Google Trend, SEMRush etc.
