I think the domain name or top-level domain has no effect on SEO, except that it may be associated with casinos or adult websites. What matters is the content and authority.

Would recommend against country code domains generally.. look what happened to .io
No. A tld domain isn’t good or bad for SEO.
SEO is not a 3 yo child.
What is Good for your SEO strategy is to learn what SEO is and isn’t.
