The Dec 25 update and 24 share a lot in common. Sounds like you’ve lost some jaor sources of authority.
did you lose root keyword rank positions (e.g. “SEO”) but keep longer tails ones (like “b2b seo agency”)?
then you lost authority – either zero’d backlinks (usually) or something else.
